• App Store Connect API keys (stored encrypted)

• Referral information if you sign up through a referral link
• Legal page content you create (Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for your apps)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve FastStore
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Process App Store Connect operations on your behalf
• Generate AI-powered content such as metadata, translations, screenshot localizations, and legal pages
• Track credit usage and enforce plan limits
• Process referral rewards when applicable
• Send transactional and product-related notifications
• Respond to your requests and support inquiries

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. App Store Connect API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use Supabase as our database provider, Vercel for hosting, and follow best practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Cookies and Tracking

FastStore uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection during registration. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

FastStore integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store Connect API – to manage your iOS/macOS app metadata, screenshots, pricing, and submissions
• Google Gemini AI – to generate and localize app content, translate screenshots, and create legal pages
• Stripe – to process subscription payments
• Supabase – for database, authentication, and file storage
• Vercel – for application hosting and serverless functions
• Cloudflare Turnstile – for bot protection during registration

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.

6. AI-Generated Content

When you use AI features (metadata generation, localization, screenshot text translation, keyword suggestions, review auto-reply, or legal page generation), your app information and content are sent to Google Gemini AI for processing. We do not use your content to train AI models. Generated content is stored in your account and is not shared with other users.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• With third-party services listed above, solely to provide the service
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect the rights and safety of FastStore and its users

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs and credit consumption data are retained for billing purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing
