Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastStore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FastStore is a platform that helps app developers automate App Store Connect operations, including metadata management, AI-powered localization, screenshot uploads and localization, pricing configuration, review management, and legal page generation. The service integrates with Apple's App Store Connect API on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To use FastStore, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use of App Store Connect credentials complies with Apple's Developer Program License Agreement
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account

4. Plans, Credits, and Billing

FastStore offers a free plan with limited credits and paid subscription plans with higher credit allowances. Key billing terms:

  • AI-powered features (metadata generation, localization, screenshot text translation, keyword suggestions, review auto-reply, legal page generation) consume credits from your plan allowance
  • Plan credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Bonus credits (earned through referrals or promotions) do not expire and are consumed only after plan credits are exhausted
  • Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error

5. Referral Program

FastStore may offer a referral program that rewards you with bonus credits when users you refer sign up and add their first app. Referral rewards are subject to the following conditions:

  • Both the referrer and the referred user receive bonus credits upon the referred user adding their first app
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account suspension
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

6. AI-Generated Content

FastStore uses Google Gemini AI to generate and localize content on your behalf. By using AI features, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content (metadata, descriptions, keywords, translations, legal pages) is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before submission
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before pushing it to App Store Connect or Google Play
  • FastStore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of AI-generated content, including privacy policies and terms of service generated for your apps
  • AI-generated legal pages are not a substitute for professional legal advice

7. Your Content and Data

You retain full ownership of your app data, metadata, screenshots, and any content you upload or create through FastStore. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FastStore for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Apple's platform policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
  • Use the service to submit false, misleading, or infringing content to app stores
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without authorization
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the service outside of normal usage
  • Circumvent credit limits or abuse the free plan

9. Intellectual Property

FastStore and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by FastStore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the service without our prior written consent. Your app data and content remain your property.

10. Third-Party Services

FastStore integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store Connect, Google Gemini AI, Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. FastStore is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FastStore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the service will be accurate. Use of App Store Connect operations through FastStore is at your own risk. We are not responsible for app store rejections, delays, or policy violations resulting from content managed through the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastStore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to app store rejections, data loss, revenue loss, or business interruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be revoked immediately
  • Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Any remaining subscription period will not be refunded unless required by law
  • Stored API keys and credentials will be securely destroyed

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
